FEES & SUBMISSIONS
Payment for services are as follows.
Basic Coverage Again, this is the basic studio type coverage (done without a
synopsis), but with more emphasis on the critique. It includes 3 - 4 pages of
notes, along with a phone or face-to-face meeting, whichever is more convenient.
The script is examined in terms of story, characterization, plotting, theme,
scenes, as well, concept and marketability. COST:
$250
If a screenplay is over 130 pages, the cost increases by
$5 for every 5 pages.
Payment for basic coverage: Full payment must be
received in cash or by cashier's check with submission.
Turnaround Time: 2 weeks
Development Notes
COST: Starting at $850
If a screenplay is over 130 pages, the cost increases by
$10 for every 5 pages.
It's recommended that a writer start out with the basic
coverage, and then proceed according to what the script demands. For many people,
the basic package is enough to get started on the rewrite.
If development notes are chosen after a basic coverage package,
then the $250 is applied against the $850.
Payment for development notes: Half of the fee is owed
with the submission of the script, the balance due on completion.
Turnaround Time: 2 to 3 weeks
Linda will read rewrites for $145.
SHORT SCREENPLAYS
Linda consults on short screenplays, and gives in-depth
critiques.
COST: If a screenplay is under 15 pages: $55
- Between 15 and 30 pages:$110
If a short screenplay is over 30 pages, the cost increases by
$10 for every 5 pages.
- Over 50 pages: $150
Payment for short script analysis: Full payment must be
received in cash or by cashier's check with submission.
